Educating myself on a growth mindset is what sparked me to start making changes in my life for the better. For the greater part of my life, I was completely oblivious to all the ways I was still limiting myself simply with the fixed mindset I had adopted. I thought I was a fairly successful person until I realized just how much I was actually holding back on my financial potential and capability to be happier and more aligned with my true self.
As a Mindset Coach, I help you to identify and change negative thought patterns, develop a more positive and growth-oriented mindset, and set and achieve goals that are aligned with your values and vision. With the support and guidance of a coach, you have a partner who can bypass your inner critic and mirror back to you your ability to cultivate a greater sense of purpose and satisfaction in all areas of your life.

Using proven assessment tools, we’ll pinpoint your mental blocks and self-sabotaging habits to stop them in their tracks. The result is more honesty with yourself, an explanation for why you handle things certain ways, and a clear path forward to reframe your mindset and release what’s holding you back.

Creating new habits
Whether it’s intentionally breaking old patterns of thought or focusing on your physical health as well as your mindset, putting coaching into practice means changing the things you do every day. Even the smallest changes can have the greatest impact on how you feel and what you do.

Transformation doesn’t happen overnight, and sustainable change is the result of clear goals, regular check-ins, and adjustments when they’re needed. Through scheduled coaching sessions we’ll reflect on your progress, identify areas you need more support in, and keep you moving forward.
