I started my coaching business with one goal in mind: to help motivated women empower themselves and experience true liberation in their career path and lifestyle.

Since the age of 17 and all throughout college, I had worked at a job, sometimes holding multiple jobs at a time. It wasn’t until I graduated college with my bachelors in Communication that I experienced a few months of finally not working, which instead of relief and restoration, ultimately triggered a scarcity mindset within me, with intense feelings of anxiety, fear, and depression. Applying for broader positions led to my first opportunity to work for a national nonprofit that I was very grateful for.

Three years later, I started feeling restless and made a conscious decision to search for a position that felt more aligned with my interests in social justice. Doing so ultimately landed me in an organization where I was in an executive level role, managing a department, and making six figures. Talk about a quantum leap! Three years, a home, a marriage, a baby and a pandemic later, I was feeling extremely burnt out and felt it was time to transition again, this time to an Ivy League medical school where my communications work focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. During this time, I had consciously begun my self-growth and spiritual journey.

After about a year at the medical school, I had grown enough courage within myself to leave the workforce, with no job lined up. I was finally more attuned to my body, which was still experiencing intense burnout, despite my flexible schedule at this time. I had trained my mind to untether from a scarcity mindset, and into a growth mindset, no longer concerned about losing my salary. I was finally focused on my wellbeing: my happiness and health, my home life with my husband and daughter, and hobbies that brought me joy. I experienced and continue to experience many quantum leaps on my self-growth and spiritual journey, which have transformed my life in such a short amount of time. I’ve shed many dysfunctional patterns and improved the relationships in my life. While very challenging at times to decondition myself, my marriage and other close relationships are now more authentic and loving, especially the one with myself. Prioritizing my wellbeing has helped me uncover new things about myself and what it truly means to live freely.

I have witnessed other women still in burnout mode, working or living in toxic environments, tolerating or participating in negative behaviors, unhappy and unsure of their own capabilities. Frustrated with the lack of knowledge and support available for women in familiar situations, I slowly began to follow a calling into entrepreneurship, as an alignment coach.

Achieving the financial success and access to executive level rooms so quickly in my career had taught me countless lessons. I experienced, then overcame imposter syndrome. I regained my confidence in my ability to advise my peers and supervisors, many of them 30+ years my senior. I gained valuable knowledge from them in return. And perhaps most importantly, I learned many of us have been conditioned to chase financial abundance to the detriment of ourselves, rather than attract it. I am so grateful for my journey thus far, as I believe it has led me to where I feel most aligned now: supporting motivated women who are ready to become more aligned with the most happy, successful, and liberated version of themselves yet.

I’d love to help you get aligned with your desired path. Let’s see how we can work together.
